From the moment the phone was answered by Rachel after 2 rings, I felt I was in good hands ( a very different feeling to those I had had after contacting other firms offering stair lift servicing!) 5 star service, arrived on time, did a wonderful job in repairing my stair lift, booked for a service next year.
Would just like to say a big thank you to Gary and Phil who dismantled my through floor lift and replaced the ceiling ..they were very efficient helpful and friendly I am over the moon with the work they carried out and very grateful for the advice they gave me ..also they arrived bang on time. .well done lads it was appreciated.
Fantastic Customer Service and support. Came to our rescue when our previous provider let us down (no pun intended) badly. Anglia lifts responded quickly and we're able to send an engineer the next day and he skillfully diagnosed the intermittent fault and fixed it. All staff were professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. Thank you.
After an awful time with Morgan Ellis (please DO NOT go to this company) Anglian Lifts managed to rectify their multiple mistakes and successfully install the PVE30 lift which we needed. Mark was very helpful and empathetic when we first told him about the problems caused by Morgan Ellis. We felt like Mark and the team at Anglian Lifts genuinely cared about the job rather than just seeing it as an order/money.
