This review is about the community itself and the homes are absolutely beautiful! This is a perfect Gem of a place to live. If we didn't live so far out I would love to live here. There's so much space between the homes. There are so many open lots to choose from. I would jump on it ASAP if you are considering moving in here.
I've inspected over half a dozen Anglia homes in Encino Estates since 2022. They get these stars for readiness to move in and that the deficiencies I find are routine new build call outs. Even with me being critical as a code enforcer, which I'm not, in this inspector's opinion, most of these findings can be knocked out in a day by their tradesman.
