Very unprofessional. Refused to work with our Relator and made very unprofessional comments about us after we had to back out of current contract due to a personal situation. We offered to renegotiate but due to the sales rep. at the Alvin location we will never buy through this company. I suggest they invest in employee training and create a protocol when drawing up contracts. If you do decide to buy with this company maybe try a different location .
This subdivision has nice homes built there. The landscape is beautiful also.
