Bought my first car here, had very low miles for year priced reasonably should've known better 2 months later find out my short block has a crack in it and that's not even saying all I put I to the car like full exhaust system, compressor, alternator, battery just a completely shit show. I have no idea how they can even sell this to people.
Although I gave a 5 star rating for this business when my husband and I purchased our 2011 Ford 250 diesel in April 2023 due to ease of financing, I now would give a zero rating, if that were possible. When I went went to get my husband's vehicle inspected this past April (my husband just had a heart transplant last February), the truck failed due to 3 issues, a) seatbelts is frazzled (fixable), tint too dark and blue death deleted. I’m updating my review. While the purchase was very easy, and the vehicle looked as it was shown, six months after purchase and several thousand dollars in repairs, I’m now being told I need a new engine. I would highly recommend going with a mechanic, and that’s probably my fault for not knowing one to take to look at the car and trusting the dealership that it was a decent enough car and would last more than a couple of months.
