All the above and to many drug dealers there. used to live there and was exposed to alcoholics, druggies and rowdy thieves that take your precious animals. Gun fire that could hit a neighbor or fleeing child. As stated, park rules are not enforced enough and many acts of favoritism by management.

Used to be a pretty nice place to live, it is going downhill fast. Over populated, cars parked all over the place, sometimes it's hard to drive down the roads to get in or out. Park rules are not enforced. I have lived here 17 years.
