Roads are horrible, drainage is horrible, the total infrastructure is falling apart , street lights haven't work properly in years , crimes as in break ins , breaking in cars has increased 10 fold past 3 yrs , vandalism is constant. This use to be a great neighborhood years ago , still could be , but it's not as good anymore.
I have live here for over a year now. I really like that each mobile home has their respected space and driveway to park 2 cars/trucks. My neighbors are easy to get on with and so far everybody mind their own business. Management it's been amazing, attentive, friendly, and really nice. I do not know how long I will be staying here but in my opinion I live in the best mobile home park. I wish I could rate this place more than 5 stars.
Terrible roads. no street lights. soliciting on weekends. My truck was vandalized. My neighbors are great but alot of harassing
not bad, and relatively clean, but they have terrible plumbing. they turn everyone's water off about once a week to fix a leak.
I live in Angleton mobile home community. I love it here. I have great neighbors and it is quiet and peaceful
