very communicative, kept me informed on what was happening at all times. overall great service
Took my F150 in for repair, had an idea of what was wrong, discussed it with them and they priced it out but noted they would do the diagnostics on Monday and confirm. Monday they found that it was not at all what I suspected and called to discuss, by the time we hung up I had a cost estimate via txt pdf. It was ready when they said it would be and my bill matched the estimate exactly. They are polite and down to earth, couldnt be happier, will go here first for all future repairs.
Outstanding customer service, they kept me informed and updated regarding the repairs needed for my car. All around 10/10 I definitely look forward to doing business here!
