We found a lost dog the previous evening with no phone number. Despite being busy and not accepting new clients the secretary was very helpful, checked the chip and pin and successfully reunited the lost dog with the owner (despite my wife's disappointment we couldn't keep it ). Thank you for your help.

My amazing four and a half year old greyhound sadly passed on the way to the vets today and I just can't thank them enough they were waiting outside for us to arrive and three of them tried in vain for about twenty minutes to restart heart .Again they were absolutely amazing and I really can't thank them enough.
