Really disappointed, booked them a couple of weeks in advance for a simple boiler service, day of service came, and no show! Called and messaged several times to no response and not being funny, but even if a family emergency occurred (I had one myself a year ago), just text to let people know. Rubbish service!
Didn't return our call for over a week . Used a different firm.
Excellent service. Very tidy and efficient. Arrived on time and completed job well at a reasonable price. Well recommended.
We had to take them to court for shoddy work.( and won) I would award them 0 stars but that's not possible on this review
Made an appointment. They never turned up. The excuse was that they were delayed on another job. New appointment made for the following day. Didn't turn up again. No phone call to say why or apologise. Lost 2 days waiting in for nothing. Wouldn't recommend.
