Cabin 2 had no A/C in it and they made me stay in there all night with a three year old only to have me move in room 3 which was not clean and dog hair eveywhere. Had to clean Cabin 2 before moving to room 3, cleaned room 3 at move in and sent them screenshots of before I cleaned. They still made me pay a deposit. Cleaned room 3 upon leaving and they lied and said they sent deposit back, but had not. Then place a 8 day hold on it when it was sent. I have uploaded conversation.
This place is not even worth a half tar. I recommend no one ever stays there. They steal your money and more times than often try to keep your deposit. There are leaks in the apartments and cabins, the A/C don't work in half of them and the nats are horrible. I rented a room there two weeks ago, it smelled awefull and there was dog hair everywhere and they still charged me a deposit and when I left and cleaned it, he kept saying he sent my deposit back but he didn't.
