I had Angler Heating and Air come out for a system replacement quote as part of a six company, three day period. After hearing my story, the appraiser (and the owner!) ask me if it was ok for one of his techs could come by. Said just didn't sound right. I said sure since he said it would be a cursory check and not be charged. No, do not always expect that. LOL :) The tech came by after three companies gave me replacement quotes. One of the best Heating and air companies in Florida, they go out of their way to make things right! The work they did at the Saint downtown st Augustine was immaculate! Paul Beau Ryan Brandon Zakk and Cameron were awesome techs and informed me of what needed to be done and saved me money when other companies tried to lie about the problem! The owner Sunny is super nice and cares Aboit he community ! If you have hvac needs, this company is it and they will work father out of town than most companies will. Our Ac/Hesting system wouldn't turn on during the recent cold front. We were referred to the team at Angler, and what can I say? They were punctual, informative, courteous, and professional. They were able to identify and fix the problem. Kudos to Steven and Joshua for their time and effort in helping our family. We will be recommending them to everyone in the Jacksonville area.
