I have reached out to them twice in an attempt to get a quote for a repaire I need done. The first time I was told that my information would be forwarded to someone else to which I never received a call back. I call about a week later and was transferred to the ladies voice mail. I did as the prompt requested, and left my name, number, and a breif message to which I still have not received a call. They came out and did some work on my house after some water damage. Some of the work was good, but they caused some additional damage while working. When I reported it some crazed man from their company called me and yelled at me about it and made it clear he didn't believe me. We eventually got it sorted out, but not before someone else from their company called and left me another nasty message. I mean, their guys mostly do decent work. I am beyond blessed with everything that was done in my kitchen!!! From water damage clean up to new cabinets, countertop, flooring, drywall work,etc. Jim, Aaron, Bill, the floor crew , water guys were beyond amazing to work with! Down to every detail! I love my new kitchen. If I could give 100 stars I definitely would!!!! Thank you guys so much you are rock stars in my book!!
