I haven't been here for years, but today I had to get my E-Bike rear tire repaired. Dale has reasonable prices $ and very knowledgeable also great customer service I will be coming back I wasn't bothered about other bad reviews...I saved money $ by going to his bike shop.

Went in for a basic spoke adjustment. Dale helped me out and made it right with very reasonable prices. Very friendly. While he was working on it, I went for about a 1 hour walk. When I was back the bike was ready. Sadly he mentioned his shop is going out of business. (Not sure on the timeline) Very great service. The reviews are accurate in noting that the shop itself is not something you can go inside of. I never did, looks quite disorderly. He just worked on my bike on the sidewalk. I provided him my e-bike 6 months ago to fix. Have been calling constantly with no answers and he said he call me when it’s done. Still 6 months later, no call and I can’t get a hold of him. Go somewhere else.

When I first visited this store I thought they had been vandilized, nope, it's just that much of a mess. The employee was assembling a bike on the sidewalk. Since it's nearby, I thought I would look past the mess and ask for the parts I needed. The employee never called me back, never followed up. Go somewhere else!
