DO NOT buy Angle Homes. Our experience is from living in one of their homes built in 2003 to present. Just ask any local Kingman realtor; Angle Homes are slap-together, shoddy-shortcut ridden, low-quality rip-offs. Starting with poor ground compaction, if it was even done at all, and passed off by "inspectors" as adequate with no public record of any kind of soil testing.
