Dr. Smith is absolutely WONDERFUL! BUT, she needs to get rid of the receptionist, Barbara. The receptionist is the most thoughtless, careless, witch of a woman I have ever met. She could care less about the patients, and doesn't mind treating you like a piece of **** under her shoe. I moved out of state with my 7 year old son, who needs ADD medication to function. You can't beat the way Dr. Smith takes care of you, so why the 1 star rating??? I'll tell you why, the receptionist\office manager Barbara, is the most hateful receptionist I have ever encountered. I've seen some miserable people in my time, but this lady takes the cake. Negative, loud, mean and just a miserable reatch. I've visited this office several times. The doctor is great if you can get past the receptionist. She is condescending and doesn't treat the patients with respect. The patient pays the doctor to make them feel better but dealing with that miserable lady isn't worth it. The last time I went it she made me feel like I was trash and continued to badger me after I asked her to leave me alone. I will no longer go to this doctor, I pass up 100 doctors to drive the 20 miles to her but I refuse to continue to deal with a receptionis... read more
