I would have gave them a lower rating if I could. We have been ordering from them for years, then this last time they got our hoagie order wrong, so they made us 2 more. So my wife goes up there and the man working asked where are the hoagies that were wrong. On the phone we weren't asked to bring in the bad ones. 15 years and when the order was wrong we were never asked to bring in any wrong order. Steak hoagies are a must try, customer service is always top notch. They have everything from fish sandwich to spaghetti, cheese sticks and hot wings.

The dough is obviously frozen and taste worse than most frozen pizzas you buy at the store. Do yourself a favor and just skip the possible anticipation of having a good take out experiance and go to Kroger and find your favorite frozen brand.
