My sandwich was burnt and we had to get up and ask for anything we needed (refills, boxes, etc.). The Angilo's we use to have in Covington went out of there way to treat you like family. The difference between a successful model and a not so successful model of the exact same business. Franchised restaurants need to monitor and support their franchised locations.
