I have an issue with my ankles, it's only happened twice, but it's some crazy arthritic pain that makes it hard to walk... severe limp. The first time it happened a few years ago, i got something shot up in there that helped up until about a month ago (never again). I started a comfrey oil infusion that was going to take a few weeks to finish and i needed relief asap.
