Took a custom-made bridesmaid dress here straight from the packaging. They managed to get red lipstick ALL OVER the front and back. Streaks, like in the photo, were left all over the dress. Angie was not the least bit concerned about this or the fact that the wedding was two days later. Thank goodness I found Rainbow Cleaners who was gracious enough to do a quick clean to fix Angie’s awful mistake. Steer clear- accidents happen but the owner doesn’t take responsibility or care when they do.

The wash and fold pricing is not bad. The problem I have is the turnaround time is nowhere near competitive, and they send your clothes elsewhere which causes problems. I brought my clothes in on a Friday and was told they wouldn't be ready until Tuesday because "our machines don't operate on the weekends." I bit the bullet. And let them keep it until Tuesday. Then, I came on Tuesday and my clothes were not ready to be picked up. So I had to come back on Wednesday. On Wednesday, I picked up my clothes and paid in full. Later... read more

I had been using Angie's cleaners for many years until last year. There had always been coupons available for bringing in 8 or 10 items. One day without warning, coupons were no longer accepted. What would have cost $39 in October, was now $111 in November. When I contacted the owner, I was told that prices were raised due to "inflation". I haven't returned.
