First time shopping there yesterday and they sold me a dry rotted wig!! It was for my mom and I knew not to shop here!! The hair was untouched, we went to pull it on my mom’s hair and it split , went to exchange it and the rude lady stated it didn’t happen from trying to put on her head!! Bad customer service and bad products!! Never again

I was shopping here after just finishing a meal and needed to use the restroom. Despite being a paying customer (and being the only customer in the store), I was told I couldn’t use the restroom. That was disappointing and honestly a bit surprising. I went a couple of stores down, and they kindly allowed me to use their restroom without any issue. Came in today around 11am and I waited at the counter to purchase something that was behind the counter patiently. No one else was in the store. The ladies were having a conversation/ one turned to me twice and saw me in front of her but never acknowledged me or asked what was needed so I left. I guess the conversation was more important than helping the customer
