Came in today around 11am and I waited at the counter to purchase something that was behind the counter patiently. No one else was in the store. The ladies were having a conversation/ one turned to me twice and saw me in front of her but never acknowledged me or asked what was needed so I left. I guess the conversation was more important than helping the customer

if i could give 0 stars i would. i have been coming here for years and theres always been a really nice african american lady helping me. i went in tonight and they wouldn’t even look in the back for different wig colors. they followed me around the store and tried to make me pay 5 dollars for trying on wigs. i have been coming here for years with nobody charging for trying on wigs and no experience like this. will not be returning. the new staff is not friendly nor helpful.
