I'm a physician. As a group we are notorious for avoiding dentists. I've also been lucky. My last routine dentist appointment was 6 years ago. I called Dr. Rhodes' office on a Monday on the recommendation of a friend because I chipped a tooth the day before. Despite having no association with any dentists (I moved from Boston 5.5 years ago) I asked, if by some miracle, they could both accept me as a new patient and fix my tooth that day as I was headed to California to see my daughter the next day.
