Booked two appointments at the Oshawa location for my teen daughters and when we arrived the stylist my daughter got was pleasant but not knowledgable. She dry cut my daughters curly hair, then attempted to flat iron followed by brushing! My poor daughter left crying. My other daughter refused to stay for her appt. Poor customer service and not a welcoming environment. Won't be back or recommend.

I’m very disappointed with the unprofessional service I received. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place, especially for gentlemen. The stylist ruined my hair and, instead of taking responsibility, responded defensively. In response to your reply—Sir, this is not true. When I mentioned that the haircut wasn’t good, the stylist responded rudely, saying, “What do you want me to do?” I simply smiled and said, “I’ll fix it elsewhere.” That was the only exchange.
