So, I called Angies office a couple weeks ago to get my now wife added as a driver on my vehicle, and also to get a quote as to what it would cost to have her vehicle moved over to State farm as well. the gentleman working in her office that I spoke with said he would get my wife added. then said he would work up a quote on the cost to add her vehicle to state farm. To this day I have still received nothing. No e-mail, mail, or phone correspondence following up. Unfortunate.

I Called her office her office to see why my auto policy came back higher than what i was quoted, no one called me back. i had to call twice the next day to get an answer to why my auto rates were higher, finally i got to talk to Angie and she didn't have a reason for me just that it was some system error. i asked her why no one called me to inform me rate changed from what i was quoted and why no one called me back.
