Checked in on a busy Sunday for the ER at SMH. Hooked to an IV. In no time. Saw Dr. Ragas who was very patient and kind. She explained test results and took time to answer my questions. I left with an 11 page discharge summary. I love this...because I can refer back to information. It is awesome to be treated by people who care about patients and their hearts are in what they are doing. Dr. Ragas is in that category.
