Dr Rakes is great. Everything about my appointments and procedures has been positive. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable and very friendly. The doctor herself is very concerned, caring and thorough.
I went to Dr Rakes almost over 2 years ago with the onset of debilitating migraines and this abnormal electric shock feeling I kept getting in my head. I was diagnosed with Chronic Severe Migraines and Trigeminal Neuralgia. She worked with me and placed me on meds that completely cleared me of it all. Unfortunately with any pharmaceuticals there are side effects and I wanted to have a baby which was frowned upon while receiving the meds. I weened off and the headaches began again. Dr. Rakes knew that I had a vacation coming up and made sure she would take every step to relieve my pain right away. She showed great compassion and had great bed side manner.
Dr Rakus, her nurse Mary & the rest of her staff are Top Notch care providers . They have earned my trust & respect do to the help I have received. I highly recommend Dr Rakus & her staff ,
She changed my life. The treatment she found for me is the only thing that has worked after years. Highly recommend!
