If you have made an appointment here I would strongly encourage you to cancel it. The staff intentionally overbook the Dr so it takes >2 hours before your appointment starts. Unethical behaviour
Booked an appointment as an emergency. I told them I was coming from 2 hours away. As I approached I called again to confirm, they were rude. Once i got there i saw the lights off and them hiding in the back. Looks like one of those massage places. NEVER GO HERE. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. She was screaming in chinese on the phone.
Long wait time
Yes there was a wait but as long as you’re prepared for that the doctor is great, kind, insightful, and caring- also members of the staff were friendly and helpful
i have been waiting the doctor for 3 hours… and didn’t see her yet… excuse me, what’s going on?! my plans are ruined can’t recommend this place horrible service
