Where can I start first? I can’t remember the last time I received such personable customer service in a braiding salon or any salon for the matter. The owner Angie and her staff made me and the other customers I witnessed feel like we were family. Not to mention, I am in love with the lower back microbraid style I received! Service very unprofessional. I been meaning to leave this place a review but have not had the time. Made an appointment for my daughter on a Sunday morning, I waited for the pregnant lady to show up for 2 hours, I called her multiple times no response. We even went and got food waiting on her to call back. Came back to see if the shop was open which was way pass the time for them to open and the hours they were false advertising on the door, and were still closed.
