Very kind and knowledgeable.
Dr. Angermann is an excellent doctor, however her office staff is the worst - no return calls, problems getting them to fax referrals, prescriptions, and orders for follow-up tests ordered by Dr. Angermann herself. When you call in, they are abrupt or downright rude and the front office person lies outright.
I've been a patient of Dr. Angermann's for several years. She's great. Her staff is great.

I am an apprehensive patient, and not at all fond of going to the doctor, dentist, or any medical professional. Dr. Angermann understands that and treats me accordingly. She is very kind, calm, patient, and - when I am ill - knows the best prescription necessary.
