The entire staff, from the front desk to the vet techs to the vet, are all excellent and really show they care about both the pets and their people. We came in with our very senior cat on a weekend and Dr. Katie helped us through the process of deciding it was time to say goodbye. The staff was super supportive and kind through the whole experience and gave us as much time as we needed. Even though it was a sad outcome, the overall experience was better than I have had at my regular vet (and the cost was no higher either).
The team was extremely caring in helping us, we greatly appreciate you guys!
They were very friendly, I've never done urgent carw with a cat before but it was much more relaxed than when I've done emergency care in the past
