Such a caring group of individuals during the most heartbreaking situations. I cannot recommend them enough.
Absolutely not an Urgent Care provider as their web site states. We arrived with a life threating illness for one of our dogs and we were told be the staff they only take appointment and that we would have to drive to Scarbough or Portland to have her seen. Do not take you pet here if you need imediate care for your pet. Shame on this busiess for advertising urgent care and having folks water time driving there just to have to head in the opposite direction for some real pet care.
My wife is a vet and we are on vacation in Maine with our 3 dogs. Our little dog developed a serious wound that needed urgent care. Dr. Katie Roberts and her tech were absolutely amazing and accommodating. The facility is beautiful and runs so efficiently. These are people who care and aren’t pressured by corporate ownership. They provide top notch treatment at a reasonable price! Cannot recommend them enough, and this is from someone with extensive knowledge of the veterinary industry.
Had to find a place while on vacation. Grabbed an appointment day of off the website and was extremely pleased with the service.
They are amazing. They took care of my Scottish terrier. Wonderful employees and the doctor is great.
