I would have to say this place is not very "on top" of things from the experience I had with two appointments from here. The first appointment I scheduled for my daughter everything seemed to be fine, they took her insurance, all of her info,and scheduled her in right away.. The day of her appointment they called hours before to tell me that there had been a mistake and that the therapist she was scheduled with did not take her insurance...
