Love working w Angelus Medical. Very professional. They communicated well and gave me frequent updates on my order.
Fara & Mohammad are accusatory business owners who do not perform quality checks on the products they sell, and when contacted about issues, they become very defensive. They were paid with a credit card but refused to refund a non-working power supply via credit card, and then had the audacity to hand over an unsigned check to create more inconvenience. On top of that, they wrote "DO NOT DO business with them" on the memo line. How much more unprofessional can you get?
I was looking for an exam table for our office. I found that Angelus Medical had the exact one I had been shopping for. After engaging with them through E-Bay I connected with them over the phone. Pinar was very sweet on the phone and answered all my questions. I was concerned at first because it was a refurbished table but once i picked it up it looked brand new! hey do a great job at refurbishing the medical supplies. The gentlemen in the back helped load it onto my truck with care. It sits nicely in our office.
We had a great experience with Angelus, specifically w/ Mohammad. He was incredibly responsive & knowledgeable, truly an expert. Just from the photos & short videos I initially sent, he was able to diagnose the issue & guide us through the fix without even needing to come onsite.
