Terrible experience with Angels Transmission. They worked on the transmission of my husband’s work van, and now it’s having serious problems again. We went back asking them to fix or replace it, and they refused to take any responsibility. This shop is completely unprofessional and dishonest. They take your money and don’t stand behind their work. Stay away from this place!
Absolutely terrible experience! I had the transmission on my van replaced at Angels Transmission, and they promised a one-year or 12,000-mile warranty. It hasn’t even been a year or anywhere close to 12,000 miles, and now the transmission has problems again — but they refuse to fix it! The owner completely ignores calls and messages and takes no responsibility for the work done. This place is dishonest and unprofessional. Do not trust or waste your money here! I strongly recommend staying away from this shop.
