This vet office seems to not have any systems in place to provide paperwork for vet visits on the spot. Visited on 8-21-25 and as of 8-28-25 still no paperwork has been emailed to me. Is it asking too much to want proof of the services they offered and test results on the spot? Is it unreasonable to say it’s unacceptable to be told by staff they are unable to generate written proof of test results and invoices at the time of the visit because they are “too busy”. Very friendly and helpful. The spaying and neutering is very reasonable.
This place is really run by a Veterinarian that cares for the animals and the people the animals belong to. I took my puppy to get fixed and any extra services that could be provided were optional. Spaying and neutering were definitely the most affordable out the hogh desert along with the medication neeeded. I always try to go to them if it's a vet visit that can be scheduled in advance.
They are the best! They care!
