My 86-year-old mother was driving on the highway when a stone kicked up and cracked her windshield. I am writing to reveal my disappointment with the repair estimate and invoice for charges associated with the repair quote.First thing is the estimate, your repair estimate of $12,100.00 pushed the value of car vs repair over the allowable repair guidelines and made it a total loss.
