ATFY was truly an exceptional experience for our family ever since dad suffered a stroke. The staff, especially Celine and Michelle, have been incredibly supportive, patient, and understanding of dad’s needs. Celine has been also unbelievably helpful as an emotional support to my mom and family and has consistently gone out of her way to assist and accommodate us and our requests at any point in time. Where to begin? Pa was discharged from hospital with ATFY 24/7 homecare support. Deconditioning of his leg muscles from a prolonged hospital stay meant ATFY help was required for transfers from bed to wheelchair to toilet, etc. As well as support for medication administration, meal prep and daily hygiene care. Thoughtful scheduling meant Pa saw familiar caregiver faces on a routine basis. I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support provided by Angels There For You. Anna and her team were outstanding—professional, organized, and compassionate. They recently helped clean and reorganize the living space for my friend, who has dementia and needed assistance to ensure his home was safe and comfortable. The team worked tirelessly to clean, reposition furniture, and create a much tidier and safer environment for him. I have had nothing but positive experiences from both the Administration staff and their home care workers. I have used their overnight care for my 91 year old Mom over the course of a couple of months. The attention and care paid to Mom goes beyond my expectations. I was informed when Mom wasn't feeling well via phone calls and texts and got daily records of the overnight care. Friendly, Responsible, Courteous, Knowledgeable, Extremely patient, Wholehearted, My mother and I are so grateful for this organization, especially for the hard working staff and managers, one in particular- Ms. Celine.
