Hairstylists beware. They have a current stylist Sayla Marie Fonville who is on a serious power trip and has no background of doing hair and limited experience with a cosmetology license. This facility accused me doing a toenail trim on a resident that became an infected ingrown nail within ONE WEEK mind you. I am writing this review as a deeply concerned visitor who has witnessed firsthand the unacceptable conditions at Angel’s Senior Living. This facility, which presents itself as a safe and caring environment for seniors, is in reality the opposite: poorly managed, dangerously understaffed, and unfit for anyone’s loved one. Angels Senior Living at the Lodges offered exceptional care for my in-laws. Management and Staff were always very professional and attentive to their needs. They provided excellent care and were always available to consult with and discuss any special requests/needs that were required. My in-laws were residents of Assisted Living and Memory Care and the experience at both were wonderful. Without hesitation, my husband and I highly recommend Angels Senior Living at the Lodges.
My mom was a resident here for a couple of years till we moved her closer to our home. I can not express enough what a wonderful and welcoming place the Lodge is. The staff and management went out of their ways to accommodate any needs we had from financial, to extra assistance, to making additional check ins on her when requested. When she had a stroke Dana checked in with me daily for any way she could help or just to offer an ear. Pam, Carlos, Dana, Johnny and Nancy go above and beyond for the residents there.
