My mom has been a resident in Memory Care at Angels Senior Liviing The Lodges at Idlewild in Lutz for a few months and I am very happy with her care. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They treat my mom like family. They have so much compassion and patience. The Executive Director Dana is wonderful! She always has time to answer any questions. My parents came to the Lodges of Idlewild over a year ago and the staff take great care of them. When my dad recently passed, they understood that the change would be difficult for my mother so they provided extra support during that difficult time. I cannot thank them enough for the care they have provide over the past year! There is no "perfect" ALF but here they are always striving to be better. I try to be positive, but this place is terrible. There is an app to communicate with medical staff. They hardly ever respond to questions and concerns. I dont think they even care. There was a mix up with food service. My mom wasn't fed for 2 days. Pharmacy bill was paid twice in one month. They didn't even know that they had received an extra $500. It took 2 months of arguing to get it straightened out. They provide apartment cleaning, but do a terrible job. I wish this place was better. It certainly should be.

I can’t say enough good things about this community. From the staff, being respectable and responsible to the gorgeous living arrangements. I would definitely recommend this community to my family members and friends.
