This place saved my life!! Denise is an amazing person who helps everyone when they walk in the house. Don’t listen to “Katy’s review. That person was moved out for genuine reasons and they are just mad we didn’t allow this person to continue to cause SO many problems. Not just for one person for everyone in the house! The lack of professionalism and training among the staff, specifically Charlotte and Denise, is alarming. It’s evident they have little understanding of recovery, mental health, or medical privacy. Instead of communicating directly with family members about issues, they resorted to immature tactics, contacting an emergency contact to fabricate violations. Called to ask questions. The person athat answered the phone , never said anything, jus sat there until I hung up. If that's you do to start. What happens when your there and paying?
