I have been a client of for years, and I have always been treated with the upmost respect and sensitivity by all of the staff. I have held the same weekly appointments for years without issues, always given flexibility for in person or tele health depending on my needs. Counselors are great, their office staff not so much. If the Staff calls you, best to record conversations, as they will call you to let you know about changes and if you ask multiple times like I did "Is there anything you need from me" they will say no, but when you speak to them 2 days latter the staff will say "I never said that." So as long as you have a choice, it's best to ask the VA to never refer you to this place.
2 no call no shows from my therapist. Felt rushed through our meetings as well. 1 star for being available on Saturday.
I've struggled with finding therapist that give me actual homework and hold me accountable through my PTSD journey. Riely and Brenna have both called me out in a healthy way and have me do the work to become stronger with my boundaries. I am so thankful I have found this place. It's been a game changer.
