I was stressing about life and my therapist Riley Colier pulled me out to feel the sun and pet kittens. (They have a big ranch for the kittens and horses) I really needed that. Thank you:)
The office staff at this clinic are absolutely wonderful. From the moment I first reached out, they were kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Scheduling was easy, and they were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I have been a client of for years, and I have always been treated with the upmost respect and sensitivity by all of the staff. I have held the same weekly appointments for years without issues, always given flexibility for in person or tele health depending on my needs. I have recommended angels on the horizon to several people over the years and have always heard the positive reactions they shared from their own experiences. Counselors are great, their office staff not so much. If the Staff calls you, best to record conversations, as they will call you to let you know about changes and if you ask multiple times like I did "Is there anything you need from me" they will say no, but when you speak to them 2 days latter the staff will say "I never said that." So as long as you have a choice, it's best to ask the VA to never refer you to this place.
2 no call no shows from my therapist. Felt rushed through our meetings as well. 1 star for being available on Saturday.
