I can't wait to hear a response from the management at the Jenkingtown office. People, I could've gone on about many more problems, but I was trying to be nice

The management and staff at this location is in dier straits of a complete overhaul. Maybe things have changed for the better since we terminated the contract in October, but I find that hard to believe. AOC was hired to provide 24 hr per day care for my 89 year old mother, who for the most part, has average mental faculties. Her major issue was being a "fall hazard". I would give no star if I could. This agency was the worst. I’ve been doing this since 2021 and never experienced anything like this. My check was short every week , Would not have gotten my sign on bonus if I had not asked about it. Neysha was nice while getting you signed up but after that good luck getting help from her. Not once did anyone from this company come out to my clients house to meet them or set up a care plan.
