Worst place ever , they lose everything I mean absolutely everything socks, shoes, shirts, jackets, new clothes new stuff , baby bottles , absolutely horrible service they don’t pay attention to the kids!
Do not use them!!! My relative has been using this company for a year now and they are awful. They constantly lose staff so everyone has to readjust to new therapists. The owner, Molly, is saying the insurance has not approved services but after an hour on the phone with the insurance company, turns out it is all set and she is just trying to bill incorrectly. The insurance company even took her email so they can reach out and show her how to bill...and this is the owner!! The coordinators lie and mislead to cover up their p... read more
