I was prescribed to complete a diagnostic Exam by the doctor (who is amazing by the way), and I needed some more information about the test to be able find the right center. The front desk operator was nothing short of a rude and unprofessional person. We were on phone conversation and the person refused to provide any additional details beyond the name of the test. Was told I was just “having seizures” and just put me on meds without caring what’s causing them. found nothing on my 48 hour eeg I assume because they don’t actually look further than what you wrote down. Went to a new neurologist at Brigham and immediately after telling my symptoms to which I had told angels as well, I was given an answer to what could be causing my seizures and multiple tests were sent in for me. 48 hour eeg was done and 2 seizures were found. Had a verified 2 pm appointment & you asked me to be here 15 minutes early at 1:45 which I checked in as instructed and it said to wait you would be with me shortly. I don’t feel good and it’s already 2:10 now. I am leaving it’s 80 outside last thing I needed was a ride to Norwood early so I could wait 25 minutes sitting in a hot car in the sun.
