Just left the Norwood office. Not sure where all the hate is coming from. The Doctor listened to me and ordered the approriate tests and MRI. The girl in the front was friendly and helpful.
I was prescribed to complete a diagnostic Exam by the doctor (who is amazing by the way), and I needed some more information about the test to be able find the right center. The front desk operator was nothing short of a rude and unprofessional person. We were on phone conversation and the person refused to provide any additional details beyond the name of the test. Was told I was just “having seizures” and just put me on meds without caring what’s causing them. found nothing on my 48 hour eeg I assume because they don’t actually look further than what you wrote down. Went to a new neurologist at Brigham and immediately after telling my symptoms to which I had told angels as well, I was given an answer to what could be causing my seizures and multiple tests were sent in for me. 48 hour eeg was done and 2 seizures were found.
