Had a verified 2 pm appointment & you asked me to be here 15 minutes early at 1:45 which I checked in as instructed and it said to wait you would be with me shortly. I don’t feel good and it’s already 2:10 now. I am leaving it’s 80 outside last thing I needed was a ride to Norwood early so I could wait 25 minutes sitting in a hot car in the sun.
