Decent work but got yelled for “changing my mind “ when I rightfully asked the nail designer to redo a design that was totally messed up - what was I supposed to do - shut my mouth and pay for a horrible design job ? Am I not allowed to voice my concern and course correct ? . This establishment needs to improve customer service and learn to be more humble and accept mistakes rather than try to blame the client instead .
I’ve been going to Kelly about once a month for a manicure and pedicure, with friends. Everyone at Angel Nails are really good. I get loads of compliments on my nails.
