I have been visiting this place for 5 years, it’s been 2 times I got a broken nail, the next day after service. careless and rushed, left gel on the tips of my fingers, skin, and cuticles, cut the majority of my nail beds so bad with the file so my hands were in a lot of pain afterwards, and the shape of the nails were crooked, extremely chunky and had gel underneath. the gel was everywhere i had to peel it off my skin. i ended up soaking them off two days later because they were so bad. worst salon i’ve been to in town.
