Today, while visiting here in Union City Tennessee, I decided to go and pay my phone bill at AT&T well walking to the phone center. I noticed a salon and said huh? I will come back and get me a pedicure. Look in there was 2 attendants. And 2 customers. Clearly on the door it said by appointment on it. But since it was only 2 people I decided to pay PayPal NC.
