Angels Monitoring only cares about getting paid. They will allow the Monitored parent to break the rules of the contract repeatedly without any consequence. The non-monitored parent has to jump through hoops, children are put in harmful situations, enables the abuser to continue abuse and there is a completed disregard for the safety/well-being of the children. I trust the high rating reviews are only from the Monitored Parents. The company allows them to get away with anything, because that is the only way they get paid.

Monitor showed up smelling like MARIJUANA or as they spelled it marihuana! I asked the agency (Specificly Christie who is the Executive Director) to provide drug tests and they refused and literally laughed at me. Monitors made false reports, agency was not timely in responding to concerns but they were down to the minute on receiving payment or charging for any little thing possible. This company only cares about getting paid. If the monitored parent is the one responsible for paying for their services, the unmonitored parent will be bullied and pushed around and forced into situations that are harmful to themselves and their children. Trust me they do not follow a single rule of their owns and the 30+ page document that they have you sign the only person in having to follow the rules outlined are the non-supervised parent, the agency and the monitored paired can do as they, please at the detriment of th... read more

I have only positive things to say about Angel's Monitoring. They helped take some of the fear out of a difficult situation, and it was reassuring to know my kids were safe during visits. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of monitoring/supervision services.
