Angel communcated prior to arrival, arrived when promised and was very polite. He diagnosed and fixed my issue efficiently and talked me through each issue. I really appreciate his service and highly recommend!
Came out and diagnosed our slide-out and said he could do the repairs back in December. We explained our time restraint and after two days reached out to see if he had called around for parts, which he hadn’t. We called the maker of our RV on the spot and got the parts two-day shipped to us. This guy ghosted us on doing the repair when the parts arrived. Didn’t respond back to us and didn’t care to explain.
Our Class C roof mounted AC was turning on but not blowing air. Angel was on time to the agreed meeting time, diagnosed the problem, explained options and proceeded to fix the problem in a timely manner. He explained each step taken and took photos of before and after. Angel also took the time to make suggestions for preventative maintenance on other items. Professional and great work ethic. Pricing was good, too!
