After 30 years we upgraded my ring and I love it. The man I assume was the owner was so nice to us. Great price. Will go there to get jewelers whoever I am in McAllen. Love this place
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The delivery of my granddaughter's bracelet took an excessive amount of time. Furthermore, the item required repair due to an issue, but an additional problem was discovered. I advise customers to thoroughly document their purchases, including photographs and weight measurements. By the fourth visit, my frustration had already grown. Worst place to buy jewelry, they won’t give you a dead line and won’t give you notice till one month before they want to total price for the jewelry. I would be coming back and will stay far away there’s plenty more places to show in the RGV
