I am very disappointed with the service I received. My husband, who works out of town, called in advance and was told that my son’s esclava would be ready on Thursday at 5pm. Based on that, I drove 30 minutes today around noon to pick it up, only to be told it wasn’t ready and would take another two hours. Not only was this very inconvenient, but the staff was also passive-aggressive in their responses. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced issues here. I got a customized necklace ChinoBar link 50 grams 2 tone and when I got it (they called me to go pick it up since it was ready) I asked them to weigh it and it was 46 grams. I told him I payed for a 50gram necklace and some guy asked if I have the original receipt…..They also told me the day I was shopping that when I take it out that I would get 2 free initials on the plaque supposedly it was there promotion.
