Angels is a wonderful company to work with when the job required is worth a lot of money. However, when your work is covered under warranty, you may be faced with multiple no-show appointments without any follow-up calls and that is going to be their norm. We have been chasing after them for over 2 months now without a clear resolution. Just asked to speak to a manager and was told that they are unreachable as they are overseas.
A big THANKS to Angels Heating and Cooling for the amazing customer service! My furnace stopped working and I contacted Angels late Saturday evening.
