GARBAGE. These idiots played games with me for days. I had an emergency repair subject to the repair of my furnace and these flakes kept delaying until I lost the sale. Unreliable and useless
Never use them. Did not find out the root cause of problems. Stayed only 5 minutes charged service calls. Did call me to give an update to determine the next steps. Installed a fuse charged 40 bucks in labour. Total rip off.
Fred was my technician. He was great, friendly, quick and efficient. I had my tankless water heater serviced and the price for the service was very reasonable. We will definitely continuing using this company.
Fred came in a few hrs paid $129 he did some test replaces the fuse said it is fine now temperature wil go up slowly but my temperature did not go more then 21.5 have to get some one else. u guys needed to check the pressure and take some time but u did say it may need exchanger which I am not too sure as it's 1.5 yr old
