My Mom has been a resident in the memory care unit since October of 2017. She is happy and smiling. The care and passion the staff has for their residents is apparent in all they do from activities and events to unforeseen situations that may occur. They provide an open line of communication to family members as well as we struggle. I am greeted with a smile and a hug from the staff. Madison Heights is a facility that I would highly recommend based on recent personal experience. Sherri Jackson and the entire staff at Madison Heights were there for my mom and family when we needed help the most. The individual care and love that was given to my mom will never be forgotten.
