I have ordered flowers from here several times and I am always pleased!
I picked an arrangement that was always made in the store with price tag on it. Lady brought it towards the back and then back around to me. Pricing all of a sudden increased by $20. $65 for an already-made arrangement that did not need to be delivered. I felt disappointed in this place.
Like dining at home. Greatest service in Silsbee. Satisfied Everytime
Flowers ordered were NOT the same ones delivered. HORRIFIC, apathetic customer service. Final charge with tax was TWICE the price of the flowers.
Stopped in to try their beef tips plate, and my friend had the meatloaf plate. It was good and the tips were tender. I enhoyed it until I realized I didn't get one of those good-looking yeast rolls like he did. He didn't even share it either.
